Owner
Brittany Sandretto is a visionary entrepreneur, faith-driven leader, and the heart behind Salon 43 One. With over two decades in the beauty industry, she has built more than just a salon—she’s created a movement rooted in excellence, purpose, and kingdom influence. From the moment you walk through the doors of Salon 43 One, you experience the standard she’s set: classy yet trendy, high-end but deeply personal. Brittany’s journey began as a stylist with a passion for people, and over the years, she’s grown into a powerhouse businesswoman, leading multiple ventures—from her luxury product 43 One Hair Extensions and future plans for so much more in the hair industry. Her leadership is marked by strategy, vision, and a deep belief that beauty is a calling. She’s a wife to her best friend Rock, and together they lead with purpose—in business and in raising their four children. Family dinners, sports games, and faith-centered conversations are just as much a part of her rhythm as high-level strategy meetings and brand expansion. Brittany believes in creating opportunity, championing the next generation of stylists, and building businesses that don’t just grow—but multiply impact. Whether she’s coaching her leadership team, developing a new location, or guiding a young stylist into her purpose, Brittany leads with boldness, humility, and unwavering conviction.
Courtney
Budget and Inventory Manager
Courtney is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelors of Science in Management. She is always on the move and making sure things run smoothly for the clients and stylists. One of her passions is helping others achieve their full potential. She loves serving others and always putting others before herself. Courtney loves her dog Tahvo and treats him like her own child. You can find Courtney working the front, making orders, doing budgets, or taking care of guests. She truly loves 43 One like her own!
Madison
Salon Manager
Madison is a Montevallo, Alabama native and a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where she earned a degree in Business Marketing. After college, she joined the Salon 43 One team, completing her cosmetology apprenticeship in-house and gaining hands-on experience behind the chair. Over time, Madison transitioned from a stylist into her current role as full-time Salon Manager, where she now focuses on supporting the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Madison is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys Sundays at church, time with her dog, and serving the Salon 43 One community.
Emma
Stylist
Emma started her education at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) before she decided to pursue her passion of cosmetology in 2019. Emma is a girl's girl and EVERYONE'S best friend! She has such a passion for people you will truly love her after sitting in her chair. She loves creating your confidence through extensions, balayage, and blonding services almost as much as she loves Harry Styles and Taylor Swift. She is the perfect sparkle that your day is missing, come sit in her chair!
Hope
Stylist
Hope always had a love for hair and make up. She knew in high school that she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to continue in her passion for beauty. After graduating, she went straight to Aveda Birmingham. While in cosmetology school, Hope began working for Salon 43 One as a guest services worker. She fell in love with the atmosphere immediately. Hope loves building relationships with her clients while getting to pursue her love for all things beauty.
Kaitie
Stylist
Kaitie graduated from UAB in 2014 with a degree in business, however, after just a year in the business industry she decided that was not her calling. She immediately enrolled at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School to pursue her passion. With 7 years in the industry, Kaitie brings both skill and heart to every appointment. A former cheerleader, she knows the value of hard work, energy, and showing up with a positive attitude. Kaitie loves creating lived-in, effortless looks that make her clients feel confident and beautiful. She’s just as passionate about her two kids as she is about doing hair, balancing motherhood and salon life with grace. When she’s not behind the chair or with her little ones, you’ll find her unwinding with a good show or grilling out with her husband.
Sam
Stylist
Samantha, more commonly known as Sam, was born and raised in Georgia and moved to Alabama in 2021. She graduated college with a degree in Business Management in 2016, but couldn't ignore her passion for hair. She decided to quit her salary position and pursue her dreams in cosmetology in 2018. With years of experience behind the chair, Sam is a true master of her craft—especially when it comes to precision hair cutting and customized color. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for her clients, Sam goes above and beyond to ensure everyone in her chair feels confident, seen, and completely taken care of. Outside the salon, Sam is a true crime enthusiast who loves a good mystery—whether she’s watching a documentary or tuning into her favorite podcast. She adores her two dogs, Nash and Gail (even if Gail keeps her on her toes), and is happily married to the love of her life. With baby Maggie on the way, Sam is embracing a new chapter while continuing to pour her heart into what she loves—making people feel beautiful. When you sit in Sam’s chair, you can expect skill, heart, and a personalized experience every time.
Rebekah
Stylist
Rebekah was born and raised in Clanton, AL but later moved to Georgia where she began pursuing her dream of cosmetology. After giving birth to her baby girl Hayden she made her way back to Birmingham where she joined the Team at Salon 43 One. She enjoys working out and spending time with the Lord in her free time. Recently, she has taken over all aspects of education and apprenticeships for our salon where she guides and teaches all of our new stylists. Rebekah is a friend to everyone she meets and can't wait to have you in her chair.
Kenley
Stylist
Kenley, a native of Birmingham, Alabama has always had a passion for art, fashion and especially hair and the creative freedom it allows her. After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2019 Kenley continues to expand her training to reflect the most current trends in women’s cuts and color, hand tied hair extensions, waxing and of course, men’s cuts. Kenley understands the importance of listening to her guest specific wants and needs and remains thankful for each opportunity to make her clients feel special and beautiful!
Alyssa
Stylist
Alyssa grew up in Hoover, AL having a passion for cosmetology. She went to UAB and joined a sorority (ALAM!) and shortly after let and studied at Aveda Institute to follow her passion for cosmetology. She was the go-to girl for hair and makeup for formal events and dances in both high school and college. She enjoys doing brunettes, blondes, and extensions. She is certified in 4 different extensions methods: Handtied, Tape-In, K-tip, and I-tip. She truly loves making connections with her clients and enjoys having everyone in her hair. Lindsay
Stylist
Lindsay has had a passion for hair and makeup since high school and knew she wanted to enter the industry right after graduation. She attended Paul Mitchell to earn her cosmetology license and has been working at Salon 43 One since 2021. While hair is her true passion, she also enjoys running, exploring new hobbies, and spending time with her dog, Dutton. Lindsay looks forward to helping each client achieve their dream hair.

Bailey was born and raised right here in Birmingham, Alabama! She's always had a love for all things cosmetology. Bailey received her education right here at 43 One as an apprentice, and has been serving her own clients since 2021. She loves helping her clients do whatever it takes to reach their hair goals!
Morgan

Morgan grew up in Piedmont, Alabama. After high school she attended Jacksonville State University and ultimately decided to pursue her passion by attending cosmetology school. Morgan attended Aveda institute in 2020 and has been at 43 ever since! In her free time, Morgan loves spending time with her family and her dog, working out, and of course T-Swift. She can't wait to have you in her chair!
Lauren Grace

Lauren Grace grew up Chelsea, Alabama, attended Chelsea High School, and headed straight to Paul Mitchell the school Birmingham to pursue her passion for hair. She specializes in blondes and brunettes, and is certified in extensions! Her caring and loving nature shines through in her desire to build strong relationships with her clients, ensuring they leave her chair feeling beautiful and confident. She can't wait to see you in her chair!

Seeing double? Her twin sister Lindsay is on our team as well! Katlyn joined 43 One working at the front desk but soon found that her passion is to do hair! Katlyn is from Prattville, Alabama and attended Auburn University before she joined our team.
Riley
STYLIST
Riley grew up in Oxford, Alabama. Riley's grandmother did hair while she was growing up, so Riley was always in the "salon atmosphere" playing around. From a very young age, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in this. Right after she graduated high school, Riley attended Paul Mitchell the School in Birmingham. She started working at 43 One in 2022 and has loved every minute of it! Her favorite services to perform are color but she also enjoys transforming clients' looks with cuts and extensions as well.

Paityn discovered her passion for all things beauty related as a young girl, so she never had a doubt she would follow the path to a career in cosmetology. After doing hair and makeup for special events throughout high school, she graduated from Paul Mitchell The School in 2022. Sweet, confident, and incredibly talented—Paityn is the kind of stylist clients instantly connect with. Her skill behind the chair is matched by her kind heart, and it’s no wonder her clients trust her completely (and secretly wish they could look just like her). Always stylish and effortlessly poised, Paityn has a natural eye for beauty and detail, making her a go-to for advice, inspo, and transformations. Specializing in blondes and extensions, she’s a true master of her craft, creating looks that feel both elevated and natural. As she prepares to marry the love of her life,Saxon , and step into an exciting new chapter, her dedication to her clients remains stronger than ever. Paityn works hard, but with a grace and ease that makes every appointment feel special.

Serena grew up right here in Birmingham, Alabama. After high school she went to the University of Alabama and ultimately decided that wasn't her calling. Serena has always had a love for hair, makeup and everything beauty related. After everyone around her was encouraging her to take a leap of faith and pursue cosmetology she decided that was the right path for her. Serena graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Birmingham in November 2023 and has been with Salon 43 One since then! Serena loves getting to know every person around her and making them smile. She enjoys helping every client who sits in her chair achieve their hair goals! Serena can't wait to meet you and have you in her chair!

Selah grew up in the Birmingham area and joined the team in the spring of 2023. Selah is a true perfectionist with an eye for detail and a heart for people. Known for her precision and professionalism, she’s especially passionate about creating rich, lived-in brunette looks that feel effortless and elevated. Her clients love her not just for her talent, but for the way she makes everyone feel like family the moment they sit in her chair. Selah brings a fun, friendly energy to the salon while working with care and intention to ensure every guest feels confident and cared for. Whether she’s spending time with loved ones or transforming hair behind the chair, Selah does it all with heart.

As Parker grew up in Helena, Alabama she worked at Salon43one in high school then decided to attend cosmetology school in Auburn! Finally she is back after getting her associates degree as well as her cosmetology license and she is excited to make relationships with her upcoming clients. Parker knew from a young age that the beauty industry was apart of her path and is proud to be apart of the 43one. If you are wanting to have someone care about you and your hair, this is your girl. She loves good conversation and enjoys making everyone feel beautiful.

Everyone meet Sidney, she was raised in the Birmingham area her whole life. It took her a little while to figure out she wanted to do hair but she always loved all things beauty so it just made sense for her. Sidney graduated from Aveda in 2022 and has boon on the Salon 43 One Team since August 2023. She loves doing colors, cuts, and extensions. Bringing the clients inner beauty to the outside and she can't wait to meet you!

Berkley is very life giving, and brings so much joy to those around her! She loves hair and makeup, and you will always find her either working front desk or behind the chair. She grew up around hair and has always loved being in the salon. She is excited to pour into people and taking care of your hair. Come see her for your next event :)

Kelsie is the kind of stylist who instantly makes you feel at ease. Sweet, kind, and easy to talk to, she brings a calm confidence to every appointment. A Pelham native and graduate of Shelton, Kelsie is excited to step into the industry with a strong work ethic and a genuine love for doing hair. She’s fun to be around, deeply reliable, and already known for the care she puts into every client experience. Whether you’re in her chair for a quick refresh or a full transformation, Kelsie is committed to making you feel confident and cared for.

Anna is as sweet as she is driven—a true go-getter with a heart for people and a passion for hair. Born and raised in Chelsea, AL, she always dreamed of becoming a hairstylist. After being a client at Salon 43 One, she fell in love with the experience and knew it was the perfect place to begin her journey through apprenticeship. Anna is eager to learn, grow, and bring beauty to every client she serves. She loves all things blonding and brunette—and honestly, she’s ready to dive into whatever you throw her way. Her kind spirit, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others make her someone you’ll love spending time with. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her surrounded by family and friends, soaking in life’s simple joys. You’ll always feel cared for, seen, and appreciated in Anna’s chair.

Brittany is a proud Pell City native with a passion for creativity and helping people feel their best. She has always loved doing hair and specializes in waxing and beauty services that boost confidence and enhance natural beauty. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, fishing, or relaxing with her two dogs, Apollo and Aries. Helping people feel great inside and out is what she loves most.

Riley Kate (RK) is fun, easygoing, and always brings good energy to the salon. With several years of experience behind the chair, she’s confident and skilled in all things hair — from bold color transformations to precision cuts. RK especially loves color, but her versatility shines in every service she offers. Sweet and kind with a competitive edge, she’s not afraid to lift heavy — in or out of the salon! Hardworking and passionate, RK also knows how to enjoy life and values spending time with friends. You’ll feel instantly comfortable in her chair and leave feeling like your best self.

With over 10 years behind the chair, Kari brings both skill and heart to every appointment. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah of Venezuelan descent and bilingual. Kari built her career on one core belief: Hair is powerful. It isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you feel. She specializes in dark lived-in color, dimensional blondes, and luxury blowouts that feel elevated, effortless, and confidence-boosting, all while prioritizing healthy hair and a deeply personalized experience. In the summer of 2025, Kari made a bold move to Alabama as a single mom to her year-old daughter, a decision rooted in growth, courage, and creating a beautiful life for them both. She understands firsthand how meaningful it is to pour into yourself, even while caring for everyone else. When she’s not in the salon, Kari loves soaking up quality time with her daughter, enjoying good coffee, and embracing a slower, more intentional pace of Southern living. She’s building beauty and community in Alabama and is excited to have you in her chair, where luxury meets comfort and confidence always comes first.

Alana has been part of the Salon 43 One family for three years and is currently apprenticing under our team of master stylists. She is a hard worker, incredibly easy to talk to, and known for her kind and humble spirit. She absolutely loves being in the salon and is passionate about growing in her craft. Alana is already amazing at blowouts, and she practices constantly because she’s determined to be one of the best. Her excitement, work ethic, and heart for people make her someone clients love to be around — and we can’t wait to watch her continue to shine.

Apprentice
Skyler was born and raised in Alabama and is currently an apprentice under Rebekah Kirkland, where she is learning the art of hair and gaining hands-on experience each day. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge and continuing to grow behind the chair. One of her favorite parts of this career is seeing clients leave their appointments feeling more confident than when they arrived.
Abbi
Associate
Abbi was born and raised in Trussville and has had a lifelong passion for hair. From a young age, she knew this was the career she wanted to pursue. She specializes in blondes, lived-in color, and glosses to help every client feel their best. Abbi graduated from Body Logic School of Cosmetology in October 2025 and joined the Salon 43 One team just a week later. She looks forward to welcoming clients into her chair.
Shelby
Associate
Shelby is a versatile stylist with a passion for all things hair – from color to cuts, and everything in between. After earning her Master Cosmetology License from Paul Mitchell in 2024, she’s honed her skills to create customized looks for every client. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and going the extra mile, Shelby tailors each service to bring out the best in your hair. Her bubbly, easygoing personality makes every appointment feel relaxed and fun, ensuring you leave not just looking great, but feeling great too. Whether you're after a bold change or a simple refresh, Shelby’s goal is to make you feel confident and cared for. Outside of the salon, Shelby loves reading and traveling, drawing inspiration from both books and new places bringing that sense of curiosity and adventure into her work.

Associate
Addison is a hairstylist and proud graduate of the Aveda Institute, where she completed her cosmetology training in September 2025. Growing up in Columbiana, she has always been inspired by the charm of small towns and the confidence that comes from genuine self-expression. Her passion for hairstyling goes beyond technique—it’s about creating an experience that leaves guests feeling beautiful from the inside out. Addison believes that when someone feels seen, understood, and confident in their look, it reflects in everything they do. When she’s not working, she enjoys taking her dog, Sunny, on walks and spending time doing arts and crafts. She looks forward to welcoming clients into her chair and building lasting relationships.

Elena is one of the friendly faces you'll see when you walk into Salon 43 One! She is always welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring everything runs seamlessly from the front of the salon. Along with her role as receptionist, Elena assists stylists and is currently pursuing her cosmetology license through a trade school program. She plans to complete her hours as an apprentice here at Salon 43 One starting this fall, continuing to grow in the career she's passionate about. In her free time, Elena enjoys working with her own extension clients and continuing to refine her craft. She's an Auburn fan, loves shopping, traveling, and spending time with Jesus. With her warm personality, eye for beauty, and heart for people, Elena is an incredible part of the 43 One family, and she's so excited to keep growing her career right here where it all began!
Maddie Foster

Maddie joined the front desk team at 43 One after moving from Virginia and is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership. She enjoys welcoming guests, keeping things organized, and supporting the stylists so the salon can run smoothly. Her faith in Jesus and involvement in her church are meaningful parts of her life, and she strives to reflect that same kindness in how she treats others. Outside the salon, Maddie loves spending time with her husband, reading, and getting time in her Bible. She’s also a big dog lover. Maddie is grateful to be part of the 43 One team and to help create a warm, easy experience for everyone who walks through the door!
