Born and raised in Hoover, Alabama, Kendall has always carried a love for community and connection, even as she moved around growing up. For the past six years, she has proudly called Salon 43 One home — growing as a stylist, serving incredible clients, and now stepping into a new role as co-owner alongside her husband. Together, she recently opened our Stadium Trace location right here in Hoover, and it’s been such a full-circle moment to invest back into the community that has shaped her. Kendall is passionate about creating beautiful hair, building lasting relationships, and serving the people around her with care and excellence. She also has a deep love for helping new stylists in the industry grow, mentoring them as they develop their skills and confidence to thrive behind the chair.

Kaylee

Stylist

Kaylee loves getting to know her clients, and working with them to bring out their beauty. She has always known she wanted to be a hairstylist since a little girl growing up in McCalla, Alabama. Graduating from Paul Mitchell cosmetology school. She enjoys furthering her education in cosmetology by attending classes along the way. Kaylee pursues her career as a stylist, make up artist, and spray tan artist. She is certified in hair extension and would love to make your dream hair come to reality through custom coloring and extensions! She looks forward to meeting you not only to provide all your hair needs, but to also grow a great relationship along the way!

Alyvia

Meet Alyvia! She is originally from Auburn but recently moved from Mobile, Alabama. Alyvia specializes in lived in color, blonding and extensions! She aims to create looks that feel both effortless and personalized. While she loves every aspect of styling hair, the relationships she builds with her clients are what truly inspire Alyvia. Outside of being in the salon, you will find her exploring new places, enjoying great music or staying on top of the latest fashion trends. Alyvia can’t wait to make something beautiful!

Mackenzie

Mackenzie has called Birmingham home for most of her life and is a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell. With a true passion for hair, she loves that her career allows her to connect with new people while building lasting relationships with her clients. For Mackenzie, hair and makeup is more than just a profession — it’s her God-given purpose and her way of serving others. She finds joy in helping people feel beautiful and confident. Along with her work behind the chair, Mackenzie also offers professional hair and makeup services for weddings, making her a trusted part of many brides’ most memorable days. Recently married to her high school sweetheart, Mackenzie carries her love, excitement, and dedication into everything she does — always striving to make her clients look and feel their very best.

Becca

Becca has been a hairstylist for over eight years and recently moved from her home state of Georgia to Hoover, Alabama. While she loves creating lived-in blondes, she also specializes in vibrant reds and bold fashion colors. She enjoys working closely with clients to find the perfect shade that reflects their personality. Her chair is a space where clients can feel comfortable, cared for, and excited about their hair. Whether someone is ready for a complete transformation or simply wants to refresh their look, Becca’s passion is helping them leave with confidence and color they truly love.

Zoey

Stylist

Meet Zoey!! She is a Kentucky-born stylist and Paul Mitchell graduate who loves working with color — from natural tones to bold vivids. She’s all about creating looks that reflect each client’s personal style, without the pressure. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find her hanging out with her dog, Kenny. Whether you’re looking for a big change or just a freshen-up, Zoey brings a relaxed, thoughtful approach to every appointment.

Kelli Jo

Kelli Jo is a dedicated cosmetologist from Tuscaloosa with a passion for helping clients express their individuality through hair and beauty. She stays current with the latest trends and techniques while tailoring every service to fit each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to provide not only beautiful results but also a comfortable, uplifting experience that makes every client feel confident and cared for.

Tayler Gamble

Meet Tayler Gamble! She is originally from McCalla, Alabama, and now calls Trussville, Alabama home. She graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School and went on to attend Body Logic School of Cosmetology. Tayler has had a love for doing hair for as long as she can remember and is grateful to turn that passion into a career she truly enjoys. When she’s not behind the chair, she loves spending time with her family and friends or playing with her dog. Tayler is passionate about helping her clients feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

Anna Frances Brocato

Anna Frances Brocato is currently a sophomore at Hoover High School. She was born and raised in Hoover. She has a passion for hair and hopes to pursue a career in the industry in the future. She recently started working at the front desk and loves meeting new people. Anna is warm, welcoming, and enjoys creating a positive experience for every client who walks through the door.

Breland

Breland is from Hoover, Alabama and currently attends Hoover High School. She has a passion for beauty and cosmetology and will be attending Paul Mitchell in August to pursue her career in the hair industry. At the salon front desk, she enjoys welcoming clients, handling scheduling, and making sure every visit runs smoothly. She can’t wait to meet every new client who walks through the door.

Madelyn Stanley

Madelyn is from Oak Grove, AL and graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2022. She has always loved doing hair and makeup since she was young. She believes great hair should feel effortless. She loves working with clients to create styles that feel like themselves, all while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Madelyn also specializes in bridal hair and makeup. She loves helping brides feel confident, comfortable, and truly calm on their big day. Her goal is for every guest to leave feeling relaxed, happy, and loving their hair. She can’t wait to meet everyone who sits in her chair!

Haley Johnson is a Stylist who brings both creativity and care to every client experience. A graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Haley always knew her true passion was in hair and makeup. She went on to earn her cosmetology license at Paul Mitchell School, combining her business foundation with her love for beauty. Haley is dedicated to more than just styling—she values building genuine connections and creating a space where clients feel seen, confident, and beautiful. She has always believed in the power of hair and makeup to transform not only someone’s look, but also the way they feel about themselves. Outside of the salon, Haley enjoys working out, reading, and staying inspired by new trends in beauty and fashion.

Raylee Evans

Raylee was born and raised in McCalla, Alabama. She is currently a senior homeschooling through Evangel Christian School. In the fall, Raylee will be attending Shelton State Community College while playing softball. At the front desk, Raylee enjoys keeping visits running like clockwork, welcoming each client, and ensuring that they feel at home during their experience with Salon 43 One.

Hi, I’m Selena! I’m originally from Guayaquil Ecuador, but I’ve spent most of my life here in Alabama. I’m currently a student at Paul Mitchell and on track to graduate early summer of 2026. Before following my passion for the beauty industry, I worked in property management for six years. While I learned a lot during that time, I always felt called to do something more creative and fulfilling. After lots of prayer and reflection, I truly believe God led me to cosmetology school and ultimately to Salon 43 One. I absolutely love the work I’m doing and the career I’m building. With God’s grace, I hope to continue learning, growing, and flourishing here at Salon 43 One.

Ellison Parker is from Hoover, Alabama, and is currently a student at The University of Alabama. Clara currently lives in Alabama and will begin attending cosmetology school in August. At 19, she has turned her love for beauty and creativity into a career focused on helping others feel confident and radiant. Whether it’s a fresh cut, flawless color, or full glam, Mary Karson enjoys transforming looks and enhancing each client’s unique beauty. Gracie Smith

Gracie grew up in Trussville, Alabama, and discovered her passion for hair early on. After graduating from Paul Mitchell, she pursued her dream career as a hairstylist, specializing in blonding. She loves helping her clients feel confident and radiant by creating customized, lived-in looks that highlight their natural beauty. Outside of the salon, Gracie is a self-proclaimed homebody who enjoys spending her downtime at the gym, relaxing with family and friends, and exploring her love of food (she’ll never turn down a good meal!). Gerelee Tillman

Gerelee was born and raised in Mongolia and has proudly called Alabama home for the past 14 years. She loves the people and the warmth of Southern culture. She is also a wife and mother of two and cherishes spending time with her family. Gerelee is graduating from Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology and is excited to begin her career at Salon 43 One. Her passion has always been helping others feel confident and beautiful, and she looks forward to serving her clients with care, creativity, and a personal touch.

Madelyn Byrne

Madelyn is originally from Daphne, AL, but moved to Birmingham after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her Master of Nursing at UAB. She enjoys connecting with clients and coworkers, and brings a positive, approachable energy to every interaction. Outside of work, she loves Auburn sports, fashion, and spending time with her dog, Rufus.

Addison Webster

Addison grew up in Alabaster, Alabama, and is a proud graduate of Thompson High School. During her four years in color guard, she discovered her passion for beauty and self-expression, which inspired her to pursue a career in cosmetology. She is currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program under Kendall, where she is gaining hands-on experience and refining her skills while working toward earning her cosmetology license. In addition to her training, Addison also does pageant and event hair and makeup on the side, helping clients look and feel their absolute best for life’s most important moments.
