Cancellation and No Shows:

A valid credit card is required to reserve all color appointments.  We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows. We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.  If you call and cancel your  appointment after the 48 hour window has passed,  you will be charged for half of the price of the service you were booked for. If  you cancel or no show within 24 hours your card will be charged the full amount of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call and let us know. 

Return / Exchange:

We love our products and know you will love them too! However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please promptly return the product for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer cash back for returns, only store credit.

Client Satisfaction:

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon 43 One. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  A corrective service will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Clothing Liability Notice:

We strive to provide exceptional hair coloring services to our valued clients. While we take every precaution to ensure a clean and pleasant experience, it is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any hair color that may come into contact with your clothing during our services. 

Accidental spills or color transfer can occur despite our best efforts, as hair color products can be messy and unpredictable. We recommend clients take necessary precautions to protect their garments, such as removing your top under your cape or wearing garments with a low emotional or monetary value.

Accidents can happen and we do not accept liability for any resulting damage or stains on clothing or personal belongings.
